Job description
A leading internationally recognised Logistics business is currently searching for a Senior Finance Business Partner for an innovative business unit. As a key part of the Senior Management team the role will have a small number of high value deliverables, which will have a significant effect on the business and its medium term strategy. Some of the key aspects of the role are: lead and support the performance management process including the critique of balanced scorecards; management and coordination of all annual financial planning processes; lead on ensuring Media product costing is correctly represented in the costing system and product profitability understood and managed; financial support to the Media team in the delivery of major change projects; ensure product development supports robust revenue management; pricing, modelling and margin analysis. We are looking for: professional accounting qualification or relevant experience is required; good understanding of performance management and financial control processes; excellent influencing skills; strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills; ability to explain complex financial issues clearly & concisely and make recommendations for improvement; understanding of business objectives and performance drivers; strong analytical skills; desire to work independently.
