Job description
Our client, a leading multinational organisation based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, has approached Hays Senior Finance on an exclusive basis to source for a Senior Financial Analyst. Working as part of a newly formed team this role will form an integral part of the division's decision-making process. Key duties in this role will involve working with senior management throughout the business to gain the necessary buy in ensuring decisions are being made with the best available data. This role will also take responsibility for assessing business cases and providing commercial support on these business cases to non-financial Managers. On a day-to-day basis this role will also focus on process review, reporting and understanding the division's performance. This position would suit a fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Analyst/Management Accountant who has the desire to work with non-financial Managers. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with strong Excel skills and the ability to influence at a senior level.
