Job description
Our client is a fast-paced, global consumer services organisation with a market-leading position. This role within their European operations has broad responsibilities for financial and commercial analysis, planning and forecasting, with a focus on supporting the Senior Leadership team. This role will help highlight overall business performance and assist in investment appraisal. The successful applicant will prepare the monthly management accounts with consolidated financial forecasts and detailed analysis for presentation to the Group’s CEO and CFO. Along with this, the individual will support the preparation of the annual budget and strategic plan. Applicants will be top-tier, qualified (ACA, CIMA or equivalent) finance professionals with financial analysis skills gained within blue chip organisations. This role is designed to progress to a leadership position in a two-year time frame and combined with the wide scope of the group operations, presents an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite as this post as clear visibility to senior management. Fluency in a European language in addition to English is desirable but not essential.
