Job description
Our client is an important & exceptionally well-established Investment Bank with a reputation for attracting and retaining some of the most talented professionals within Financial Services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ACA or equivalent qualified Accountant with a proven record for leading and driving financial process change and continual improvement on every level. Assuming a Senior Management role the right candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and continuation of financial change targets. Principal responsibilities will include: establishing and maintaining a dialogue with operations and projects departments to drive effective financial change; analysing and challenging current projects to implement and improve efficient change; creating and developing robust financial control of all financial change projects; synthesising the financial relationship between departments to coordinate change on different levels. The right candidate will possess a wealth of skills which have specifically manifested themselves in similar projects; a demonstrable ability to lead financial change; they will have excellent academics and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
