Job description
A growing Insurance company based in Surrey is currently looking to hire a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant who will lead a team of 2. The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for the accounting, reporting and consolidation of the European business primarily on a US Statutory and US GAAP basis. The person coming into this role will also develop the UK GAAP reporting for these entities (5 in total), and to transition to Solvency 2 reporting. You will be a qualified Accountant who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. UK GAAP and US GAAP experience is essential. Whilst Financial Services experience is desirable it is not essential if you can demonstrate a transferable skill-set and a track record of adding value.
