Job description

Austin Andrew is currently recruiting an Internal Auditor to work for an FTSE 100 international company on a 6 month contract basis. Our client is a global market leader in its niche sector and due to rapid expansion, requires a Contractor to strengthen its Audit team. You will be reporting to the Head of Audit, providing and audit service to the group, focusing on control of financial risks and reviewing controls and management information in operational and financial areas to assess their adequacy. You will also carry out ad hoc projects at the request of the Audit committee and advise on the development of group standards of accountancy. The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background and also hold an accountancy qualification. You will also have strong internal audit experience within a large international company as well as be innovative and possess excellent communication skills.
