Job description
Work for an ASX listed organisation with broad exposure to the business and plenty of autonomy. This company provides great training and support to hit the ground running with potential for career growth and development within the organisation. Ideal candidate: CA qualified with experience gained in Big 4; excellent relationship management skills; demonstrate clear potential for progression within the department or wider business; strong audit skills; excellent communication skills and local expertise; good reporting report writing and interpersonal skills; ability to lead, influence and negotiate. Role: you will be responsible for all completion of all aspects of internal audit; more specifically, requirements according to methodology, procedures, timeframes and supporting documentation; ensuring high in external quality assessments; accountable for planning and execution of fieldwork; liaising and reporting to the Management teams; you will also be providing assistance to General Manager with development of annual audit plan and monitoring audit issues; have a strong understanding of risk and experience of both operational and financial audits; have very strong relationship building skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude and be a confident self-starter; to monitor and report on progress in implementing the recommendations.
