Job description
My client, a household name in the Media and Entertainment sector, is currently recruiting a Senior Internal Auditor to join its expanding team. The Internal Audit team sits within the Business Assurance department and is responsible for providing independent assurance across the business, ensuring that controls and governance are operating effectively. The team is tasked with adding value to the organisation by effective recommendations to improve business processes and efficiency. The team has an excellent reputation for adding value and continues to grow due to the excellent service they provide. You will be responsible for building and developing relationships with key stake holders in the business, understanding their key objectives in order to mitigate key risks. The function work in teams to ensure the annual audit plan is delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standard. You will ideally be a qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) with previous experience working in an Internal Audit function, as well as having a solid financial audit background.
