Job description
An opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant has come about within a division of a respected PLC. The role will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts with full supporting commentary, variance and analysis as well as providing a financial bridge to operations and non-finance. The role will ultimately gain a huge amount of business exposure with liaison with the General Manager and the Senior Management teams. It will not only produce some of the numbers but also paint a bigger picture of medium and long-term forecasts. There will also be a great deal of project management, analysis and challenging the status quo. Ideally, you will be CIMA/ACCA qualified and exposure to stock and working closely with senior management teams. At this level, it is a given to have exquisite written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and provide leadership and direction without causing conflict. This role offers great opportunity for further progression within the group and is well remunerated. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full-time without restriction.
