Job description
Your responsibilities will include: Finance (Cost Control) Business Partner for selected business areas; managing the Financial Performance Review process for business areas including: monitoring of actual costs against budget; review of accruals· variance analysis; variance remediation action plans; Executive Director review and signoff; rolling monthly forecasting; managing the annual and quarterly budget process for business areas; representing Finance on working groups and committees; providing management information, accounting advice, finance know-how and resources to other areas of the business; developing and maintaining business critical files and systems to meet monitoring and reporting requirements; contributing to activities aimed at improving cost efficiency; overseeing the training and development of junior staff to maintain/improve relevant skill levels within area of responsibility. As a qualified Accountant, you demonstrate a proven track record in high level management accounting and cost control.
