Job description
NRG is pleased to be recruiting for its client, based in Gosforth for a Senior Management Accountant. The ideal candidate will be an experienced qualified Accountant. Responsibilities include to manage the financial performance review process for business areas including: monitoring of actual costs against budget; review of accruals; variance analysis; variance remediation action plans; Executive Director review and sign off; rolling monthly forecasting; manage the annual and quarterly budget process for business areas; provide management information for business areas; develop and maintain business critical files and systems to meet monitoring and reporting requirements; look at improving cost efficiency; develop and train junior staff. Candidate will have a strong experience in the above listed responsibilities and in return will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits and great future prospects in the organisation.
