Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an international technology group which is currently experiencing a rapid phase of growth and increased profile on a global basis. The Senior Manager, Technical Accounting will provide technical expertise throughout the group , provide expert advice on merger and acquisition projects, assessing the accounting implications and technical issues. You will be an integral part of the company’s group strategy and this is very much a forward looking, consulting type position within a special projects capacity. Applicants must be qualified Accountants (ACA, ACCA, CA or CPA) with a Big 4 background, currently either working in an international context within practice or within industry for an international company. An audit background would be desirable. You must have advanced knowledge of US GAAP and SEC experience, ideally having previously worked in the US. Advanced communicative ability and presentational skills are essential for this dynamic, fast paced business.
