Job description
Our client is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants focusing on providing complete finance solutions to businesses across Worcestershire. This is a unique opportunity to join the Leadership team of a progressive Accountancy Firm. This role offers a huge variety of work and scope to drive and develop your career. Due to the continued growth of its business, it is looking to expand the services it offers to clients. You will provide support to existing and new clients, both corporate and unincorporated businesses, with high quality services and solid technical advice, as well as working with the Partners to grow the office. Required skills: ACA/ACCA qualified ideally from a progressive accountancy practice; proven experience of forging successful business relationships; up-to-date accounting knowledge; accounts preparation and tax experience; excellent client handling skills: creation of trust, management of expectations, delivery and responsiveness; experienced people manager, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate others; highly organised and able to meet deadlines consistently.
