Job description
A UK wide PLC group of companies based in Sheffield currently require a Project Accountant to join its expanding Accounts division. Initially, you will take a key role establishing a new finance system for the business ensuring that the transition runs smoothly. During this time you will be expected to integrate the new system and report any faults or cost savings directly to the FD. Once the system is in place your role will be largely project focused. A large part of your position will be analysing the management accounts in line with company targets suggesting ways of improving efficiencies and prophet margins. Ideally, you will be studying towards or have completed your CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification and be looking for a new challenge. Previous experience within a project based Financial Accountant/Management Accountant position is essential.
