Job description

You will be responsible for identifying and coordinating performance improvement initiatives and process change projects. Key tasks include: support the Service Delivery Manager to manage the integration and ongoing operations of processes; identify best practices and benchmark processes with peer business groups; work with the Service Delivery Manager, Change and Governance teams to coordinate the implementation of process performance improvement projects by the service provider (ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal conditions); ensure process tower is operating within compliance frameworks; use the weekly/monthly performance report to control the quality of operations; work with the Performance & Reporting team to ensure performance reports are reliable; work with the process owners to ensure that metrics are relevant and drive desired behaviours; work with UK Businesses to coordinate the implementation of process and policy changes across the end-to-end business processes. Experience required: understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley; proficient use of business systems; experience of managing service delivery performance and compliance through SLAs is an advantage; ideally experience in developing KPIs; ability to work independently; an interest in IS & systems issues will also be an advantage; excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
