Job description
Our client is a true global leader that is currently undertaking a period of positive change and organisational development in its Humberside Shared Service Centre. The initial phase of recruitment is of a Service Delivery Manager who will drive the BPO contract for efficient transaction processing, along with leading and developing a team of 4 and ensuring that service meets agreed levels on a consistent basis. As the Service Delivery Manager, main areas of responsibility will include leading the team to deliver efficient transaction processing in accordance with KPIs defined by service level agreements, driving continuous improvement in a rigorous control environment and developing the team to maximise their full potential. The Hiring Manager is keen to hear from Service Delivery Managers from large business backgrounds with significant ERP systems experience (JDE and/or SAP ideally) and management experience. The successful applicant must have ability to provide global leadership in a high profile role.
