Looking for a new opportunity? Would you like a challenging role in a fast-paced paced environment? Do you have extensive experience within Financial Services. This leadership role is responsible for commercial lending and retail operations for UK & ROI. The objective is to support the commercial and portfolio activities in the most effective and efficient way, in order to maximise volumes and customer service levels while minimising the cost of operations and risk. Your key duties will be to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the servicing processes, and discuss with the European management, and as such support continuous improvement; coaching and development of the UK Servicing team; monitor Service Level Agreement performance of the Servicing department and JV Partner with ongoing communications and reviews with the JV Partner in order to optimise cooperation agreement performance; process contract maintenance transactions in line with portfolio management transactions subject to validation of DoA, control and compliance rules and payment terms and condition; ensure transaction processing is done in line with the accounting rules, and as such support the accounting integrity of the transactions. As the ideal candidate you will have experience in leading and developing teams; solid experience of the back office processes of a Financial Services company, good communication and relationship management skills and a good understanding of the accounting.
