Job description

Our client is a UK leading Consulting and Business Services group with clients in the public and private sector. The company has a multimillion turnover and 80 sites across the UK. An opportunity has become available for a Record to Report Delivery Manager at the Shared Service Centre in Lancashire. The responsibilities of the role will be to: deliver a portfolio of R2R services in line with SLAs; monitor and control finance transactions within the Shared Service Centre; manage relationships with key stakeholders; oversee management reporting, statutory accounts and compliance; identify and manage improvement projects; provide leadership and guidance to team, developing and mentoring team members where appropriate. The successful candidate will: be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or overseas equivalent); be able to demonstrate experience of working with service delivery in a large company financial environment; strong team Leadership skills; strong interpersonal skills with prior experience of managing various stakeholder relationships; sound IT skills such as Excel and preferably MS PowerPoint and MS Visio; knowledge of SAP desirable.
