Job description
Excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual fresh out of practice to join a dynamic and forward-thinking manufacturing organisation based in mid-Kent in a key appointment. Reporting to the FD, you will manage a small professional team and ultimately take responsibility for all financial and controlling activities (including preparation of budget results, cashflows, P&L, costings, inventory control, financial modelling etc) as well as actively contributing to commercial activities by working as part of a senior management team. The successful candidate will be professionally qualified and demonstrate proven practice experience in managing accounts functions and overseeing teams whilst also possessing proven commercial acumen and people development skills.
