Job description
Lloyds Syndicate requires a Syndicate Accountant to join its Specialist Finance function in the heart of the City. This well established and reputable specialist Lloyds syndicate requires a Syndicate Accountant to be responsible for the day-to-day management and production of Syndicate financial information. Some of the duties will include management of syndicate data, production of trial balance, production of syndicate statements, external reporting, regulatory reporting, solvency returns, syndicate business forecasting, ensuring reports/information is submitted to tight deadlines, supplying analytical reviews, liaising with internal/external customers, FSA returns, liaising extensively with management and handling queries. Skills & knowledge required: qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent; insurance Experience; excellent communication & oral skills; proactively working in a team; problem solving; attention to detail; ability to prioritise own work load; problem solver.
