Job description
A leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors requires a Technical Tax Manager to work within this forwarding thinking firm. The role being offered is a developing position within the firm. As such, they are looking for someone with the skills and personality to stimulate the flow of work towards themselves, both internally, and from external referrers and clients. Responsibilities of the Tax Manager include: technical research and advice for clients, and for other members of the firm; tax and business planning for individuals and owner-managed businesses; developing and delivering planning strategy and tools; reviewing corporation tax calculations and returns; networking in the Milton Keynes business community; deputising from time to time for the Tax Partner and Tax Section Manager. You will be a qualified Tax Senior (CTA/ACA or equivalent) and possess current experience of corporate tax compliance, personal tax compliance, corporate tax planning, personal tax planning and technical research.
