Job description
The partnership has seen the demand for high level tax planning advice grow in recent years and wishes to recruit a Tax Planner to work alongside/assist the partnership’s Tax Partner. The Tax Partner is both a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor with experience working in tax. The role is diverse and requires a detailed knowledge of all taxes and how these interact. As well as providing advice to clients the partner answers the technical questions of other Partners and provides tax technical support for another firm of Chartered Accountants. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts as well as tax and will have a good academic background with a first or second class degree and with professional qualifications. A passion for tax is essential. Some prior experience of tax is required but the firm is willing to support professional training for a candidate with the potential to fill a tax planning role. The salary range for this position is between £25k and £55k depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
