Job description
Our client is a global Reinsurance company with over 13,000 employees worldwide. The company is currently going through a huge growth period due to an increased demand within the market and are seeking a Technical Accountant to join their operations in Zurich. The Technical Accountant’s key responsibilities include: verifying the content of and book accounts, statements and claims advices, producing payment orders, meeting deadlines in connection with the quarterly and interim reports, updating the claims module and handling debt collection. The ideal applicant for this role will possess all of the following qualifications, skill-sets and experience: knowledge of reinsurance and, ideally, sound experience in a similar role; native English speaker (ideal), good command of German; good IT user knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook); Sics/nt/SAP knowledge an advantage; team spirit and interpersonal skills.
