Job description
My client is a successful Top 20 Practice, who due to ongoing growth is looking to recruit a qualified Technical Manager. As Technical Manager you will be involved in supporting the Partners on technical issues arising within Audit, Assurance, and Financial Reporting. You will take ownership of training across the core teams, and be responsive to client queries from within the firm. You will have a major part in mentoring new staff, and ensuring that relevant training procedures are in place for trainees. This role would suit someone who has trained in an Audit capacity but is now looking for a new challenge in a more commercial setting, or someone currently in a technical role, but looking for a step into management. Candidates must be qualified (ACA or equivalent) with relevant experience in Practice, and should be technically very strong. A salary of £50k - £65k per annum plus benefits is offered to the successful candidate.
