Job description
A Trainee Accountant is required to attend to the following duties: assist with the weekly accounts, weekly profit and loss, reconciliation, variance analysis, assist the cost Accountant with preparation of the accounts. A good attention to detail and accuracy will be a key within this Accounts department. The candidate will be at the later stages of AAT (or equivalent), will have a 1st or 2:1 degree, or registered with CIMA (certificate or operational level). You will have had some experience within a working environment (perhaps a graduate placement). This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for a trainee role. Our client is an established business based in Nottinghamshire, looking to expand its Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get a footing into the business and to grow and develop with the organisation. Study support will be provided as part of this appointment. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
