Job description
Prestigious international Retail firm with multibillion-pound revenues requires a Trainee Finance Team Leader to work within its client accounting area. This area manages a very high volume of transactions - settling and reconciling them in accordance with company policy. This role is a mix of finance and client services - you will be VERY client facing in this role (both internally and externally) as such excellent communication skills are a must. This is a challenging role that requires a hard working, ambitious candidate with a good numerical mindset and strong Excel skills. On offer are excellent prospects (pay rise within first year and possible promotion to Team Manager). To be considered you must have prior reconciliations or payments experience and have supervised staff (even if that was gained in a part-time job whilst studying).
