Job description

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to work within one of the largest Advisory firms renown for its reputation in the growing Transaction Services team. Not only will you have the chance to work throughout the transaction chain but you will have an opportunity to work within structuring, financial and commercial due diligence as well as assisting with contracts. Based in Bristol, your main responsibilities will be identifying key issues by carrying out the relevant financial analysis, therefore, while knowledge of transaction services is not vital the willingness and ability to learn is a must. You will be responsible for relationship building with both people you meet on transactions as well as business contacts who may provide significant work in the future. The majority of work will include pre- deal evaluation, bid services and structuring advice with the firm actively supporting the development of individuals and therefore, providing a fantastic platform to work within M&A and strategy. Suitable candidates will be: have an accounting qualification and prior transaction services experience; the skill to identify key issues carrying out relevant financial analysis; develop relationships with business contacts as well as people they meet on transactions; a good team morale contributing to the effectiveness of the workforce; strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
