Job description

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful transaction support team within a large international firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors. As a Senior Manager, you will take responsibility for leading the provision of financial due diligence services on both sell-side and buy-side corporate finance transactions, reporting to the Partner. You must have significant financial due diligence experience in an advisory capacity with an international firm. In addition, you will need to demonstrate previous management experience, excellent client facing and relationship management skills, an interest in business development, first hand knowledge of the Yorkshire market place and have ideally qualified as a Chartered Accountant - ACA. In return, you will work with an excellent team on quality transactions. For an outstanding individual with experience considerably in excess of the minimum required a more senior post may be made available. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full-time without restriction.
