Job description
Key accountabilities include: understanding fixed and floating debt, the bond exchange de-recognition adjustment and the group and JV hedges; prepare all treasury inputs and analysis required for the Senior Management Board report including interest and debt analyses, gearing, LTV and variance analysis for the Group and JVs, where appropriate; maintain the deal ticket control sheet and ensure postings to the ledger accurately reflect the deals placed; prepare and post mid month and month end treasury journals; prepare all treasury related notes and a thorough file of back up for each number for the half year and full year accounts and all treasury numbers required for the IMS; provide all numbers for the treasury slides at half year and full year, liaising with front office treasury where appropriate; management of cash & bank Accountant. Oversight and ultimate responsibility for preparation of daily bank reconciliation is required. A qualified Accountant with a background in treasury who has had significant exposure to UK GAAP & IFRS is required. My client is a well established Property and Construction Business in London which offers basic salary of £46,000 - £50,000 per annum. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
