Job description
The Change Group is recruiting for a well-known Property Investment firm that due to rapid expansion is now looking to add a qualified Treasury Manager to its medium sized Finance team. This company is constantly expanding and this is a great opportunity to join a company that is paving the way in property investments. Responsibilities: group cash flow management; weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting; analysis and implementation of appropriate interest rates and foreign exchange strategies; consolidation of rolling cash flow forecasts; negotiating and liaison with banking contacts based in UK and abroad; updating the Groups treasury policies; management of groups capital structure including intercompany funding and reserves; month end reporting and variance analysis; constant liaison with Heads of Departments and Operational Managers. In order to be considered for this position, you must be qualified in ACCA, CIMA, ACA or ACT. You will have extensive treasury experience and experience supervising a team. Foreign currency knowledge and advanced Excel skills are also needed to be considered for this role. Please quote the reference given/job title in the subject line of your email.
