Job description
A leading Automobile business in Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit a Treasury Manager. The Treasury Manager will act as primary interface with banks to discuss bilateral funding; engage and manage advisors for prospective debt and equity capital market transactions to meet funding targets; manage due diligence and external reporting processes; analysis and review of large scale mixed-use middle income developments, including both ongoing and prospective developments; assist in the periodic review of strategic directives from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives to further corporate interests; manage and conduct ongoing reviews of investments & submit periodic performance reports; forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions; review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions; prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modelling. Suitable candidates will be fully qualified (ACA ACCA, CIMA) with strong communication skills. Please note only candidates within the Kingdom will only be considered for this post.
