Job description
Reporting to the Head of Tax and Treasury, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for: all aspects of the treasury operations of the group; recommending group treasury policy; managing and developing all bank accounts and bank relationships; preparing short and medium term cash flow projections; oversight and control of supplier and expense payments, payroll and receivables collection. You are likely to be a qualified Accountant, and educated to degree level. Specific experience required for this role is outlined as below: previous experience in international treasury operations; experience in an oil and gas company; ability to learn systems quickly and be capable of optimising these for efficiencies; good spread sheet skills; good internal control skills; ability to work with others but also to know when and how to challenge to ensure due process is followed; experience of working with banks. A growing business engaging in Oil and Gas development, pursuing a rapid growth strategy in emerging markets offers £60,000 - £65,000 per annum base salary plus benefits. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
