Job description

Further operational changes are planned and the key initial challenge for this position will be to both, support significant operational change in the UK business and ensure there is no impact on the normal financial processes and reporting. Responsibilities: manage the financial processes and ensure the financial systems are up-to-date and accurate at all times; ensure completion of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the UK entities (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, bridges, reporting packs); to prepare forecasts for the UK business units and ensure that are correctly loaded with all appropriate bridges and supporting schedules; manage the Internal and External audit processes in the UK and ensure that all financial controls are in place and operating correctly; ensure proper payroll processes operate, which are correctly controlled and authorised; manage the preparation and submission of statutory accounts. Requirements: reporting experience in an international environment; experience in a Financial Controller role; experience in a manufacturing environment using standard costing processes; experience in financial management of multi-site operations. Our client is a high profile manufacturing company with a global reach and a blue chip client base. Package: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum plus benefits. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
