Job description
Total Produce is an ambitious, progressive company. Growing through acquisitions it is Europe’s premier fresh produce provider. Total Produce operates out of 90 facilities across 19 countries and is an organisation with a strong pedigree in forging effective strategic partnerships. Three distinct divisions operate in the UK, servicing wholesale markets, UK retailers and food service distribution. The company is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Director to take responsibility for the UK Group's finances. The UK Finance Director will sit on the management board and have six direct reports, taking responsibility for maximising margins and profitability for the three UK divisions. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar industry and thrive within an entrepreneurial and acquisitive business. Communication skills are key within this role as each of the divisions run separately with separate FDs and Management teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a demonstrably talented candidate who enjoys a challenge and working within an ever-moving environment. Total Produce operates from various locations in the UK therefore travel throughout the UK will be part of this role. The successful applicant will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with considerable experience as a Finance Director, ideally from within a similar industry. Reference code: ADV350626GX1.
