Job description
My client, a tier-1 Investment Bank, is looking for a highly talented Internal Audit VP focussed on its Global Capital Markets operations, for a new job to be based in London. The Bank is continuing to expand their Investment Banking Audit team, and now require an excellent Project Manager with an in-depth understanding of the full front to back audit cycle. Someone who will inspire and lead less experienced, technically proficient AVP's, and who can take advantage of their product knowledge, and help them to plan & scope an audit. You will work closely with the business to add value, in risk focussed audits that strive to achieve common goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent in-depth knowledge of B&CM Audit working within a similar Investment Bank. In addition you must possess superb management skills, be able to guide and shape an audit team, planning and enabling talented team members to grow and understand the importance of relationships with MDs across the business. Knowledge of Fixed Income, Securities, Equity or Credit derivatives are a distinct advantage, equally you will be CCAB qualified, and able to give evidence of your past successes of running a full front to back function.
