Job description
A global PR Consultancy is looking to hire a Credit Control/Biller on a permanent basis in London. The main focus of this role will be to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that client billing requirements are met and maintain a healthy cash flow. Key responsibilities will focus on: accurate WIP billing via DDS on a weekly basis, include manual transactions around prepayments and pre-billing; checking purchase orders are correctly coded and with in the allocated limits; reconciliation of budgets and purchase orders; liaising with non-finance staff including Buying and Planning teams to resolve any queries; posting cash receipts to the receivables ledger; assist with cash flow reporting on a monthly basis; chasing of late payments and reporting debtors to the Credit Manager. The successful candidate will have a detailed knowledge of WIP Billings with in the advertising/public relations industry.
