Job description
Our client, a leading Affordable Housing group, requires a technically strong Financial Accountant/Reporting Manager to lead the organisation's year end. You will be responsible for the preparation of the year end financial statements, assisting with the audit process, owning the balance sheet returns in the consolidated monthly reporting pack, preparing monthly cash flow forecasts and supervising more junior members of the team. Applicants must have proven financial accounting expertise with strong reporting skills, with strong affordable housing sector experience. Candidates should also have strong Excel skills to be able to build models and up-to-date IFRS accounting knowledge.
