Jakob Kauder had hoped to sell his yacht for £10,000 on the allesauktion.de website, and was taken to court by the winning bidder after trying to cancel the sale.
However, judges ruled that the laws of business transactions also applied to internet auctions and he had to hand over the luxury yacht for the price paid.

Ivan Volokov ate the pieces during a row with his wife Anna and has been charged with destroying official documents and threatening behaviour.
