AGR helps set up international graduate survey A UK organisation has helped launch the International Network of Graduate Recruitment and Development Associations (INGRADA) Global Graduate Survey.

The report is the first international graduate recruitment market study ever undertaken and has been set up with the help of the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR).

It will compare and contrast the starting salaries, offer acceptance rates, retention rates, vacancy and application figures and a number of other graduate-related statistics pertaining to the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and South Africa.

AGR chief executive Carl Gelleard explained that the organisation is "proud" of its involvement in the launch of INGRADA and its Global Graduate Survey.

"The political, economic and cultural environment in which organisations recruit and develop graduates is becoming increasingly global," he said.

Mr Gelleard added that the AGR believes that the report will help its almost 800 member organisations through improved international relations.

Meanwhile, AGR recently made a free parents' guide to graduate recruitment, drawn up by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, available through its website.ADNFCR-868-ID-19553266-ADNFCR
