Investment bank recruitment drive highlights role of female graduates A recent investment bank recruitment drive has highlighted the importance of female graduates within front-office orientated roles, it has emerged.

According to reports by Online Recruitment, Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking's (SC CIB) international programme for graduates now has a female appointment rate of 47 per cent.

What was the scope of the recruitment drive?

The bank's recent recruitment drive was conducted on a pan-Asian and European basis.

"The 2008 Graduate International Programme has generated outstanding results, as well as accomplishing our recruitment objectives to find high calibre, diverse and multi-cultural profiles from an array of European and Asian countries," said Mathilde des Dorides, head of graduate programme and policies at SG CIB.
