Site Finance Manager

Your new role
Finance Department is going through continuous improvements and now needs to review & improve financial processes to maximise efficiencies. The pace and the extent of the change is challenging. Proactive member of site management team. Support Management team with information, analysis & guidance. Develop a robust forecasting & reporting process. Control & develop plant accounting systems reports. Review commercial & financial aspects of incoming orders. Work to improve working capital cycle. Support preparation of capital project proposals. Ensure compliance with corporate & statutory reporting regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
Fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience. Knowledge of US & UK GAAP. Manufacturing environment desirable (although not essential). Advanced Excel. ERP systems experience. Strong management/leadership capabilities coupled with tenacity,drive & determination to succeed
