Frazer John Recruitment, Finance Division are looking to recruit a Financial Controller on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Manchester, that are a growing tech based company.
This role is a number 1 on site reporting straight into the board of a small yet growing business in the tech space. You will need to be able to build on current financial processes, KPI's, financial reporting, be hands on to ledger level as well as have the commercial acumen to advise on strategic business decisions.
This role requires a working knowlege of the tech space, having worked in the Tech environment, therefore you MUST have experience in the Technology sector, where the business and products are heavily reliant on technology platforms, and on this occasion trasferrable skills will not be considered.
Interpersonally, to be a good fit for this business, you need to be outgoing, hardworking, up for a challenge, have proven experience of working under pressure and hitting deadlines.
