An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Finance function of a west London based, leading FMCG organisation for a period of 12 months.
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategy, leading a team of analysts and operating as an effective business partner to sales, customer and marketing directors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of analysts
- Financial ownership for UK P&L, sales forecasting, monthly channel results, analysis and commentaries
- Challenging key stakeholders to improve performance through insights
- Providing leadership on strategic projects
- Continuously reviewing and improving processes
You will be a qualified accountant and a credible leader who is able to motivate and inspire. Team management experience within the commercial/consumer sector (preferably FMCG) is key. You will have first class analytical skills and be a clear, concise and influential communicator. A proven track record of having business partnered non finance functions is also a requirement for this role.
