Head of Commercial Finance

A global consumer organisation is seeking a strong Head of Commercial Finance for a rapidly growing business unit. You will lead, manage and implement the plan for the business unit, targeting revenue loss, promoting customer confidence, improving revenue optimisation and raise awareness and profile of the business unit. This role is critical in driving the growth of the business unit.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and outline the plans and targets for the business unit and providing a clear road map of how cost savings will be achieved and targets reached
• Business partnering high profile, senior stakeholders in order to establish the operating framework to support the business unit targets
• Work closely with leadership teams across the business and influence efficiently and effectively in order to support the business unit strategy and deliver targets.
• Leading and developing a team

You will be a qualified accountant with exceptional interpersonal skills as you will be working with and challenging high profile senior stakeholders across the business. You will have demonstrable team management experience and a strong background in business partnering. Experience within the telco or telco products space is essential. This can include practice candidates or management consultants who have worked with telco clients. This role will come with exceptional career progression potential throughout the business.
