A FTSE 250, multi-national consumer business require an Interim Group Accountant for a period of 3-4 months to cover a permanent recruitment process.
Based in central London, the Group Accountant will be responsible for delivering robust and timely internal/external reporting and for assisting in delivering a control framework for the group.
Responsibilities will include:
-Coordination and delivery of management reporting from the group
-Preparation of statutory accounts
-Support the interim external financial reporting processes
-Revamp group reporting schedule to add value to the process
-Coordination of group stakeholders including Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and External Audit
You will be a qualified accountant (ideally ACA or equivalent) with strong reporting experience within complex, multicurrency environments.
Experience of preparing statutory accounts and good IFRS knowledge is also key.
