A Commercial Finance Manager is required for luxury international leisure business, with exciting growth plans based in Central London. This is a highly commercial role that reports directly to the Head of Finance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering in-depth and robust analysis of cash flow and working capital and the production of detailed cash flow models
- Supporting the annual budgeting, forecasting and planning process
- Analysing new and existing business initiatives, challenging assumptions and highlighting any risks and opportunities through detailed business cases
- Evaluating potential acquisition targets and conducting commercial due diligence Presentation of financial findings to key stakeholders in order to enable clear decision making within the business
- Preparing and delivering insightful analysis for the senior Management team that will enable clear decision making and provide challenge and debate
- Ad-hoc projects
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded, qualified accountant with a strong modelling skillset. Demonstrable experience of investment appraisal and producing business cases is also essential. You will be a confident, self-starter that has the ability to challenge ideas and push back against senior stakeholders.
