Commercial Analyst

Due to continued growth and a company restructure, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Accountant / Analyst to join a rapidly expanding, multi-national manufacturing business in the Warrington area. Initially for a period up to 12 months, the Commercial Accountant / Analyst will report directly into the European Finance Director and will be responsible for extremely high levels of operational analysis, supporting financial reporting and maximising strategy opportunities across a broad spectrum of departments within the whole business. With a heavy emphasis on what if scenarios, the successful individual will be expected to measure the impact of all strategic decisions and new initiatives. You will also be expected to challenge these decisions in order to develop recommendations based on in depth analysis.
Other areas of importance will include assisting in the coordination of the budgeting and forecasting processes along with profit and cash analysis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain access to all areas of the business and products as well as exposure to senior management including Operations & Marketing Directors. This role would suit a commercially astute, Qualified Commercial Accountant / Analyst who has performed a similar role within a larger business who posesses excellent communication, presentation and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Permanent opportunity a possible upon completion of contract.
