Management Accountant, Northampton (£28,000 to £32,000 + Study Support)
THE COMPANY AND YOUR ROLE WITHIN IT:
My client is a growing logistics company in the Northampton area, who are looking for an experienced management accountant to join their team on a contract basis for the next 6 months.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the finance team in forecasting and budgeting
Communicating with financial and non financial teams to provide clear and accurate analysis based on your forecasts with regards to business sales, marketing and margin performance
Partner closely with the Finance Manager for projects to monitor costs and ensure succinct implementations
Identify areas for improved efficiencies or financial performance across the business
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Hold a 2.1 Degree or above in a Finance, Maths, Business or Economics degree
Have experience as a Management Accountant, preferably in the logistics sector.
Be CIMA, ACA or ACCA Part-Qualified with a strong exam record and actively studying (Candidates who are QBE will also be considered)
Be computer literate with strong Excel skills
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be immediately available, or on a maximum of one week's notice
