New permanent Part Time Payroll Co-ordinator job opportunity in Leeds city centre for 30 hours per week.

This new permanent job opportunity has become available at a not for profit organisation in Leeds City Centre and due to movement within the organisation this permanent position requires an immediate start.

Being the payroll co-ordinator your key responsibilities will be to; manage 400 monthly payments where data and information is collated from their offices around Yorkshire. You will be managing the self service HR21 systems, delivering exception reports, month end reports and BACS reports. You will be working within the human resources team therefore you must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and build strong working relationships. You may also be required to fulfil other duties as requested by your line manager.

The ideal candidate for this role must have at lease two years payroll experience, be a self starter, someone who is able to keep themselves motivated whilst managing workloads effectively, an effective communicator and someone who can demonstrate loyalty and willingness to the organisation offering strategic ideas for areas of improvement.
