Corporate Finance Executive - Reading

My client, a Top 4 Accountancy practice are currently recruiting a Corporate Finance Executive to join their vibrant, growing team in their Reading office. This is a very exciting and desirable opportunity to move away from audit and to work with high profile IPO's and other large corporate transactions.

This is a very broad and varied role where you will assist with Corporate Projects including Mergers & Acquisitions, Due diligence duties, Business Valuation projects and Recovery.
Key responsibilities will include carrying out research, building and maintaining good relationships with client, legal advisors and lenders. This position offers scope for plenty of technical development and a defined career path.

The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified (or ACCA) and either from a Corporate Finance Team looking to move to a larger practice and have more influence, or you will be in an Audit Senior role with some tangible experience of working in Corporate Finance. We would consider Audit ACAs looking for a move into Corporate Finance.

You should have a genuine interest in Corporate Finance with a highly commercial mindset.
